An education organization in NYC is seeking a Workday Senior Analyst to join their team. As the HCIS/Workday Senior Analyst - Training and Quality, you'll be responsible for configuring, administering and working with teams to ensure high quality implementations, and create materials to support educating employees on system use.
***Tues-Thurs hybrid work schedule in downtown Manhattan***
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, configure, and implement employee trainings
- Report progress by various criteria (e.g., organization, role) so business leaders can ensure trainings are completed
- Work with business partners and the HCIS team to develop system training materials such as: quick reference cards; process and procedure guides; digital adoption platforms, video tutorials, and other job aids
- Train and/or work with other HCIS Analysts to train business partners on these changes
- Work with the Communications Department for communication and training
- Create and maintain training development plans for HCIS, business partners, and end-users to ensure successful training / knowledge for general system users, system super users, and developers
- Create and maintain a catalog and repository of test cases and personas to ensure a high-quality product is implemented
- Work with team members and business partners to identify appropriate test cases, complete testing, document issues, and coordinate the resolution of outstanding issues
- Act as a customer proponent in testing requirements (especially during smoke testing) and be an advocate for a high-quality user experience
- Recommend design changes to ensure business requirements are achieved and user experience is optimized
- Work with team members and business partners to analyze, reproduce, document, prioritize, and communicate issues found during testing
- Work with teams and business partners to drive resolution of defects, or submit change requests for new development
- Configure and maintain test environments and coordinates multiple testing activities that may be occurring simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of configuring the Workday Learning module
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in working with other Workday HC-related modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
- Experience in working with high volume hiring organizations and TA systems
- Experience with defining testing strategies and cases (manual and automated) including experiences with all phases of testing for both configurations and data
- Experience with User Interface (UI) testing and being an advocate for customers and the User Experience (UX)
- Experience in developing multiple types of training materials
- Proficient in Google applications (docs, sheets, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
